Mohamed Salah and Edin DĹľeko were the big points scorers for The Scout last time out as matchday three yielded 85 points; find out if either has made the cut for the reverse fixtures this week.
Goalkeepers
With crucial home games for Porto and Valencia, The Scout is relying on clean sheets for both sides; Iker Casillas (€5.5m) brought in eight points in Russia and a repeat is on the cards as Lokomotiv Moskva visit the Estádio do Dragão on Tuesday. Neto (€5.0m) is also a strong option with Valencia taking on Young Boys in what looks like a must-win game at Mestalla.
Defenders
Porto are further represented by Éder MilitĂŁo (€4.5m) in the back line as The Scout banks on a clean sheet for the home side in that Group D game, and elsewhere in defence there is a strong Premier League presence. Ben Davies (€5.0m) and Aymeric Laporte (€5.5m) have decent home fixtures as their Tottenham and Manchester City sides take on PSV Eindhoven and Shakhtar Donetsk respectively, while Trent Alexander-Arnold (€5.5m) and Liverpool face an away trip to a Crvena zvezda side who have managed only one goal in their first three fixtures. Ajax’s Nicolás Tagliafico (€4.5m), who has brought in 24 points to date, is also included with an away game at Benfica in the offing.
Midfielders
Three of the five midfielders are from clubs who are already represented in The Scout squad – there wasn’t enough funds for Salah, so Sadio ManĂ© (€9.5m) is the Liverpool pick, with the big money going on the in-form Raheem Sterling (€9.5m). Ajax’s Noussair Mazraoui (€5.0m) goes in on the basis of his 17 points to date, while Jadon Sancho (€5.0m) is another low-budget inclusion, who brought in six points in Borussia Dortmund’s home game with AtlĂ©tico. Nikola Vlašić (€6.5m) is worth a gamble having scored twice in CSKA Moskva’s last three Russian Premier League games.
Forwards
Two big names lead the way up front. With Tottenham and Bayern both needing home wins against PSV and AEK Athens respectively, Harry Kane (€11.0m) and Robert Lewandowski (€11.0m) take up a significant chunk of The Scout’s funds. The third forward is therefore a lower-priced option, although Moussa Marega (€7.5m) has scored in his last three Porto games and could prove worth the investment.
