REPORTS/FIXTURES
- Wednesday
Rosengård 0-1 Barcelona
Barcelona will have a lead to defend at home next Wednesday as they seek to reach the semi-finals for the first time. They had more than held their own throughout the first half when in added time, with Lotta Schelin down injured for Rosengård, Leila Ouahabi took advantage of confusion in the home box to put the visitors ahead on her 24th birthday.
New Rosengård signing Sanne Troelsgaard Nielsen came on for Schelin but despite having the better of the second haf, and Barcelona’s Andressa Alves going off injured, the Swedish team could not level the game as they seek to avoid a fifth quarter-final exit in six seasons.
