What you need to know about finals weekend

The 2017 UEFA Youth League finals will be played on 21 and 24 April at the Colovray Stadium in Nyon.

Semi-finals (21 April)
Barcelona v Salzburg (13:00CET)
Real Madrid v Benfica (17:00CET)

Final (24 April, 17:00CET)

Despite the competition’s new format since 2015/16, the final tournament remains – as for the first two seasons – a four-team knockout event in UEFA’s Swiss home town. The semi-finals will be on 21 April with the decider three days later. Barcelona were the first winners in 2014, succeeded by Chelsea for the last two seasons.

2016 final highlights: Paris 1-2 Chelsea

If a match is tied after 90 minutes, it will go straight to penalties. The overall winners will receive the Lennart Johansson Trophy, named after the UEFA honorary president.
