Cinkciarz.pl has been announced as a global sponsor for this summer’s UEFA European Under-21 Championship in Poland.
With 12 teams – up from the previous eight – set to compete in the expanded 2017 finals, to be played across six cities this June, the currency exchange company Cinkciarz.pl joins brands such as Coca-Cola, McDonald’s and adidas who are all global sponsors; Cinkciarz.pl is the only Poland-based global partner.
“We’re delighted, and we’ll prepare an extensive activation to engage with fans during the final tournament,” said Piotr Kiciński, vice-chairman of the Cinkciarz.pl board. “Thanks to our partnership with the U21 EURO we’ll be able to present our international brand, Conotoxia, to football fans worldwide.”
Guy-Laurent Epstein, marketing director of UEFA Events SA, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Cinkciarz as a sponsor. As a successful Polish company with global ambitions, we’re sure the partnership can help grow their business while simultaneously helping to promote the competition. This demonstrates the strength of the newly expanded tournament and we look forward to working with them.”
